Golf Fundraiser-June 5, 2026
Let’s showcase what unfolds when the Owasso community comes together with purpose for community serviOwasso Community Resources, in partnership with the Owasso Rotary Club, is thrilled to host the Owasso Giveback Golf Classic once again this year! Join us with your team or as a sponsor for a fun day at Bailey Ranch Golf Course, helping to raise funds to give back to our community. The Owasso Rotary Club will use its proceeds to provide dictionaries to Owasso 3rd graders and support its Vial of Life Program. Meanwhile, OCR will direct its funds toward emergency assistance programs for individuals facing financial crises in the Owasso area. Shoes for Orphans-March 2026
The Owasso Rotary Club is partnering with other Rotary clubs in Rotary District 6110 for a multi-state Shoe Drive to benefit Buckner’s Shoes for Orphan Souls, reflecting our dedication to Owasso community service! Last year, we successfully collected 1,975 pairs of shoes, and this year, our ambitious target is to reach 2,500 pairs. In 2025, the Owasso Rotary Club donated 33 pairs, and we are eager to surpass that number this year.
Every pair of new shoes goes directly to a vulnerable child, both in the U.S. and around the globe. A simple pair of shoes can protect their health, enhance their confidence, and remind them that they are valued.

On February 1, 2024, the Owasso Rotary Club and the Owasso Fire Department launched the Vial of Life program, specifically designed for seniors, housebound veterans, and those with medical conditions in our community.
In a medical emergency, if a loved one is alone, unconscious, or confused—who provides their vital health information?
✅ The free Vial of Life kit does! It ensures that EMS gets crucial details fast, supporting the Owasso community service initiatives.
💙 Support this lifesaving program! Your tax-deductible donation will provide these kits at no cost to residents, while also enhancing volunteer opportunities in Owasso and contributing to the broader efforts of the Tulsa Rotary Club. The Owasso Rotary Club, a proud member of the Rotary District 6110 network, provides personal student dictionaries to 3rd graders each year—essential tools that these young learners cherish for a lifetime! In March 2026, we were thrilled to distribute 838 dictionaries, contributing to our mission of community service in Owasso. As one advocate noted, “A dictionary teaches a child how to approach a problem and use critical thinking skills by sounding out the word and finding it in the dictionary. This simple task gives them a feeling of self-confidence and satisfaction that they cannot get online.”
For context, the Tulsa Beacon newspaper recently highlighted statewide efforts to improve third-grade reading outcomes, emphasizing the important need for initiatives like the volunteer opportunities Owasso offers.
